First Make layers individually units.

Using dimpost Command to Add Prefix and Suffix for Length but here is a problem for original dimension Specifically for individual units that's why We create another Dimension setting individually for each Unit for example Meter (M), mm and foot first create layers to give a name for unit dimension given color and line weight to each layer then enter (D) to set dims.
